Responsibilities:
Planning and management of cloud client engineering projects as well as further development of modern workplace solutions
Design and implementation of efficient processes, standards, and operating models in the cloud environment
Technical support in change, incident, and problem management as well as request fulfilment
Handling complex enquiries in 2nd and 3rd level support for end devices, applications, and Microsoft 365
Integration and further development of cloud and client solutions as well as collaboration on demanding engineering tasks
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science/business informatics or comparable qualification
Extensive experience in cloud client engineering with a focus on Microsoft 365
Practical experience in designing and implementing modern cloud and client environments
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and structured working method
Very good German and English skills as well as strong communication abilities
