Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Our client is a Swiss industrial group specialising in the manufacture of high-quality technical components. The company combines modern production methods with international customer service and efficient supply chain processes.
Role:
For an internationally oriented company, we are looking for an experienced individual who manages several group companies while driving digitalisation, automation, and efficient processes. You can expect a versatile role with responsibility for financial statements, reporting, and central finance projects.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and manage the financial accounting of various group companies
You handle treasury and liquidity matters and ensure the correct processing of financial transactions
You conduct intercompany reconciliations and support consolidations
You optimise and standardise financial processes and contribute to finance projects as well as the further development of SAP and digital interfaces
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and several years of experience in finance and accounting
You have further training in accounting, ideally the Swiss federal diploma
You possess solid knowledge of Excel and SAP FI; experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
You communicate very well in German and well in French
