Employment Service (SEMP) - Labour Market Office (OMAT)
OMAT, attached to SEMP, works towards a balanced and dynamic labour market. It supports job seekers towards rapid and sustainable integration and develops close partnerships with employers in the canton. Comprising some 90 employees, OMAT operates at the heart of economic and social issues, in connection with numerous public and private stakeholders.
Your missions
Do you wish to join an office at the heart of cantonal labour market issues?
As a member of the OMAT chief's staff, you support and advise them in managing the office.
In this capacity, you lead strategic projects from their design to implementation, coordinating the various actors and ensuring their follow-up.
At the same time, you contribute to the development of management, quality, and internal control tools, while supporting teams in their use.
Thanks to your analyses and recommendations, you support decision-making and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the office's services.
Your profile
Holding a university or HES master’s degree in business economics or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in a support/advisory role (ideally within a strategic staff) as well as in managing strategic projects.
Comfortable with management and quality tools, you manage complex projects involving multiple partners with method and efficiency.
Your excellent knowledge of the regional economic fabric, combined with a solid mastery of employment-related systems, allows you to provide relevant analyses and high value-added proposals.
Recognised for your writing skills and synthesis ability, you combine rigour, a sense of priorities, and stress resistance.
Proactive, autonomous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and operate with ease in a very demanding environment, demonstrating flexibility and a deep commitment to public service values.
