Responsibilities:
- Optimisation and further development of monitoring tools
- Automation of processes through scripting and report creation
- Execution of monthly maintenances, including outside business hours
- Proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent professional further education completed
- 2-3 years practical experience in 3rd level support and project management gathered
- Knowledge in scripting, preferably PowerShell, as well as basic knowledge in C# or Java
- Very good German and good English skills spoken and written
