Senior IT System Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Azure (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT platform development. For an established IT service company, we are looking for an experienced system engineer who combines technical know-how with entrepreneurial thinking and actively shapes modern IT landscapes for Swiss SMEs.
Responsibilities:
You plan, implement and operate modern IT infrastructures for various SME clients.
You are responsible for demanding system environments with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and virtualisation technologies.
You design and optimise network, firewall, security and backup solutions for secure and stable IT operations.
You take on complex tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support and develop sustainable technical solutions.
You independently lead IT projects – from requirements analysis through conception to successful implementation.
You advise customers at eye level, identify optimisation potentials and develop suitable IT solutions.
You support technical offers, customer presentations and presales activities.
Qualifications:
EFZ in computer science, specialising in platform development or system technology; HF/FH advantageous or willingness to obtain.
At least 5 years of experience as a system engineer in an SME environment.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualisation, network, security as well as backup/recovery.
Experience in project management or motivation to take on this responsibility.
Willingness for on-call duty.
Enjoyment of customer contact, confident manner and clear communication.
Certifications from Microsoft, Fortinet, Veeam or VMware are a plus.
