Role:
For a technically demanding infrastructure environment, an experienced individual is sought who combines Microsoft and cloud technologies with classic infrastructure engineering. The focus is on the further development of hybrid platforms, complex infrastructure projects, as well as the ongoing optimisation of operations, architecture, and automation.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of Microsoft technologies such as Azure, M365, and Windows Server
Operation and further development of an on-premises infrastructure with VMware, Hyper-V, storage, network, and security
Responsibility for the architecture and technical implementation of complex IT infrastructure projects
Building and further development of Azure resources and operational platforms
Ensuring timely, economical, and high-quality project implementation
Optimisation of IT processes, architectures, and automations
Conducting technical workshops and audience-appropriate presentations
Close collaboration with Development, DevOps, SecOps, and Application Management
Qualifications:
Completed IT education or comparable qualification with at least 5 years of experience in cloud or system engineering
Advanced training in IT or relevant certifications are an advantage
Solid knowledge in M365, Azure, Windows Server, network, and security
Experience with hybrid IT environments, especially VMware, Hyper-V, AD/Azure AD, Hybrid Exchange, VPN, and firewalls
Independent, entrepreneurial, and responsible working style
Interest in innovation, automation, and digital transformation
Very good German and English skills spoken and written
