Responsibilities:
- Technical advice and support of customers in internal sales
- Calculation, quotation preparation, and order processing
- Technical and application-related product consulting
- Creation and follow-up of complex offers
- Active participation in the preparation of technical documents
- Close cooperation with key account managers
- Preparation of customer-related evaluations/analyses
Qualifications:
- Technical training as an electrical installer, automation technician or similar
- Professional experience in internal sales as well as in a technical environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Good knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- Confident German language skills
