The Cultural Service (SEC) is the contact point for artists and cultural institutions in the fields of performing, visual and digital arts. Its main missions are to support creation, organise events and manage municipal cultural venues. It develops collaborations with partners at regional and national levels. Grant and Events Manager at 70%
Your mission and responsibilities
- Ensure the management and monitoring of support for creation.
- Verify the compliance of support requests.
- Organise support grant commission meetings, juries and competitions.
- Also ensure the administrative and accounting follow-up of grant decisions.
- Assist cultural advisers in the development and monitoring of specific projects and collaborate in organising the service's events.
- Assist managers in communication follow-up.
Your profile
- Hold a commercial professional maturity certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Have perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written, including note-taking and drafting minutes.
- Be comfortable with numbers and proficient in IT tools (Office suite).
- Have a good knowledge of the performing arts sector at the regional level.
- Be able to work both in a team and independently, demonstrating organisation and rigour.
- Be willing to work irregular hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays).
