Production Planner with Project Responsibility (m/f/d)

Role:
In an internationally active industrial company focused on automation technology, you will take on a responsible role in production planning and manufacturing control. You coordinate capacities, schedules, and material availability and ensure stable processes together with production, logistics, and other interfaces. At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively help shape PPS processes and cross-departmental improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
You plan and prioritise customer and production orders according to available capacities and requirements
You check resources and material availability and derive realistic production and delivery dates
You release production orders and accompany them until timely completion
You recognise planning deviations early and coordinate appropriate measures with production, logistics, and other interfaces
You ensure coordination between completed orders, provision, and delivery
You maintain work plans as well as relevant material and disposition data
You take on the management of PPS projects and drive cross-departmental process improvements forward
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in production planning, PPS, or AVOR in an industrial company
Technical basic training with further education as a process specialist with a federal certificate, technician HF in business processes, or comparable further training in production planning and PPS
You are familiar with production processes, capacity planning, material availability, and schedule control from practical experience
You bring experience in leading projects in the production or PPS environment
You have good German and English skills
You think in networks, act economically, and enjoy working across different departments
