DSP Technician

Want to play a key role at the heart of biopharmaceutical production? Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for a passionate and motivated DSP Technician to strengthen their team in the Canton of Vaud!

Temporary contract until the end of 2027
Start: October 2026
Based in: Yverdon les Bains

Your Responsibilities

• Operate DSP production equipment and perform In-Process Controls (IPC) strictly adhering to GMP standards.
• Execute the production schedule with rigour and efficiency.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the production area (Cleaning, 5S, etc.).
• Document quality deviations and actively participate in investigations.
• Finalise batches: review exceptions and close batch records.
• Carry out equipment qualification protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement (Gemba, proactivity) and train colleagues if necessary.
• Be an example of punctuality, integrity, and compliance with guidelines.

• Education: Technical or scientific (CFC/equivalent, Bachelor HES, DUT/BTS) in industrial pharmacy or a similar field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in production, ideally in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnological industry.
• Essentials: Mastery of production in a GMP environment on site.
• Mindset: Excellent team spirit, collaboration, and availability for shift work (2x8).
