Construction Manager in Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
You take on the management of construction sites and are responsible for the timely, cost-efficient and high-quality implementation of projects. Additionally, you support with quotations, material purchases and the coordination of subcontractors and inventory.
Responsibilities:
Management of construction sites including scheduling, cost control and quantity surveying
Support in the preparation of quotations and related documents
Assistance with surveying on construction sites
Material procurement and negotiation with suppliers
Coordination and negotiation with subcontractors
Supervision and procurement of inventory
Qualifications:
Completed training as a construction manager, civil engineer or foreman with potential for further development
Several years of experience in a comparable role on construction sites
Driving licence category B/BE
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Team spirit, collegiality and confident appearance in negotiations
