Senior Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for IT enquiries and provide 1st and 2nd level support
You support ICT engineers in customer service, operations, and maintenance tasks
You monitor monitoring and data backups and escalate complex issues
You work with modern technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, PRTG, and Veeam
You advise SME clients and support them on site with technical matters
Qualifications:
You have training as an ICT specialist, computer scientist EFZ or a comparable qualification
You bring experience in customer, help, or service desk and are familiar with modern Microsoft system solutions
You have experience in network administration
You are team-oriented and have very good German and English skills
