Customer Service & Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Maintaining customer contacts via telephone and email.
Administrative processing of incoming orders.
Creation and follow-up of order-related documents.
Clarification of delivery and order issues with the responsible departments.
Collaboration with sales, procurement, and production.
Monitoring order progress until completion.
Handling customer enquiries from Switzerland and abroad.
Ensuring correct data maintenance in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
Professional background in commercial or technical-craft fields.
Further training in sales, export, or foreign trade.
Solid experience in a role with customer and order contact.
User knowledge of MS Office and common ERP solutions.
ProAlpha knowledge is desirable.
Organisational skills, solution-oriented approach, and reliable communication.
Very good German skills and good English skills.
French skills are welcome.
