YOUR TASKS

• Coordination of cleaning and quality controls in the economy area to ensure the highest hygiene standards
• Ordering and inventory management for consumables, including orders for medical practices
• Leading and developing your team through regular training, coaching and promotion of employees
• Monitoring disposal processes for medical waste and coordination with external disposers
• Handling complaints and continuous optimisation of workflows in the economy
• Participation in the further development of the housekeeping and care area, as well as in various projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in housekeeping, hotel management or building cleaning (EFZ)
• Completed leadership training at the level of area management in housekeeping/hotel industry
• Several years of professional experience in cleaning or facility management, preferably in healthcare
• Leadership experience or a clear willingness to lead and develop a team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and a good understanding of numbers
• High social competence and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Customer orientation, flexibility and an independent working style
