Responsibilities:
- In this role, you independently and responsibly manage exciting large projects in the building construction sector
- You take responsibility for the entire commercial part of project management from coordination to organisation
- You prepare the monthly project reports, performance and result forecasts as well as the financial planning for the entire project
- You participate in the procurement of materials and take care of the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring and reviewing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers is also part of your duties, as is checking incoming invoices and preparing outgoing invoices
Qualifications:
- Degree as a building construction site manager HFP or equivalent qualification
- Proficient knowledge in the realisation of complex building construction projects
- Expertise in Swiss standards and contract documents
- Organisational talent, social skills and assertiveness
- Good communication skills in German (spoken and written)
