You are an automation technician or systems engineer and want to apply your technical know-how in a versatile environment. In this role, you take responsibility for demanding systems, analyse technical issues, and competently support customers as well as internal departments in support. - Adjustment and improvement of controls and user interfaces
- Implement improvements based on service and maintenance experience
- Develop new functions
Technical support:
- Troubleshooting via remote maintenance
- Conduct user training
- Plan and coordinate repair assignments
Plan maintenance and service assignments:
- Support in production planning
- Collaboration in production preparation (AVOR)
- Deployment planning
- Conduct function tests
- Further education at the level of a professional certificate, higher technical college (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH), or correspondingly solid professional experience
- Practical experience in control as well as in the electrical design of machines and systems
- Good programming skills, ideally with B&R Automation Studio
- Experience in development, technical support, and systematic troubleshooting
- Room for your own ideas and short decision-making paths in a small team
- Innovative environment with high dynamics and direct collaboration

- Completed training as an automation technician, systems engineer, electrical planner, or in a comparable technical profession- Further education at the level of a professional certificate, higher technical college (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH), or correspondingly solid professional experience
- Practical experience in control as well as in the electrical design of machines and systems
- Good programming skills, ideally with B&R Automation Studio
- Experience in development, technical support, and systematic troubleshooting
