Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a professionally competent individual with an interest in digitalisation and process optimisation. You will take responsibility for key areas of accounting. At the same time, you will actively contribute to the further development of financial processes and have the opportunity to develop towards controlling in the future.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage multiple accounting books and ensure the correct and timely processing of financial processes
You are responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting and ensure a clean reconciliation of the relevant accounts
You prepare annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP and prepare the necessary documents for a proper closing
You ensure the correct preparation and processing of VAT returns
You participate in digitalisation and process optimisation projects in the finance area
You question existing processes, identify potential improvements and support their further development
You also contribute to controlling topics if required and can gradually expand your responsibility in this area
Qualifications:
You have the federal diploma in finance and accounting or are currently completing this further education
You bring initial practical experience in independently managing and closing accounting books according to Swiss GAAP
You are IT-savvy and enjoy using digital solutions and new technologies in the finance area
Fluent German language skills are required
