360 Property Manager

Join a top-tier, modern and agile real estate agency within a team of 40 people in Geneva as a 360 property manager.

Responsibilities:

• Independent management of a mixed real estate portfolio of 700 properties alongside an experienced assistant manager
• Supervision of an assistant and close collaboration
• Representation of the owner with tenants, authorities and craftsmen
• General administrative management of the portfolio under management
• Overall follow-up of the rental process (termination, re-letting, etc.)
• Inspection and monitoring of the general condition of the buildings
• Management of works (renovation, repairs, etc.)
• Management of caretakers (hiring, monitoring, termination, etc.)
• Preparation of reports for the owners
• General correspondence

Your profile

• Completed training (CFC, Maturity, etc.) and you have a perfect command of tenancy law
• Immo base, 5 years of experience in property management and the diploma is an asset
• Experience in managing a mixed portfolio
• Fluent French, knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
• Willing, committed, collaborative spirit, client-oriented
• You are a real estate professional and enjoy facing new challenges every day
• Driving licence required
