Junior Property Manager (M/F) - 80%

Join a top-tier, modern and agile real estate agency within a team of 40 people in Lausanne as a junior property manager.

Responsibilities :

• Management of a mixed real estate portfolio alongside an experienced assistant manager
• Representation of the owner with tenants, authorities and craftsmen
• General administrative management of the portfolio under management
• Overall follow-up of the rental process (termination, re-letting, etc.)
• Inspection and monitoring of the general condition of the buildings
• Management of caretakers (hiring, monitoring, termination, etc.)
• Preparation of reports for the owners

Your profile

• Completed training (CFC, Maturity, etc.) and you have a perfect command of tenancy law
• Basic real estate knowledge, 2 to 5 years of experience in property management and a professional certificate is an asset
• Experience in managing a mixed portfolio
• Fluent French, knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
• Willing, committed, with a collaborative spirit, client-oriented
• You are a real estate professional and enjoy taking on new challenges every day
