Responsibilities:
You are responsible for customs-relevant master data and their professional classification.
You analyse changes in customs and export law and derive necessary measures.
You support internal departments with customs and export control questions.
You take on professional partial tasks in international compliance projects.
You co-monitor export controls and sanctions requirements.
You keep guidelines and process descriptions up to date and further develop them.
As a key user, you manage relevant systems and accompany tests.
You provide professional support for audits, authority enquiries, and internal training.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial, technical, or logistical basic education.
Further training in foreign trade or customs is an advantage.
You bring several years of experience in import, export, or customs processing.
You have knowledge of rules of origin, preferences, and supplier declarations.
You are familiar with HS codes and international tariff systems.
You are acquainted with trade compliance topics and international export controls.
You work in a structured, independent manner with high accuracy.
Very good German and good English skills as well as good MS Office skills complete your profile.
