What awaits you

• Advising and assisting clients, mainly by phone or at reception when they visit the agency
• Assisting and supporting insurance advisors in arranging appointments with their clients
• Preparing and following up on appointments with clients, supporting advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
• Drafting insurance offers and proposals
• Close and ongoing contact with the agency’s advisor teams
• Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA’s regional headquarters

What you bring

• A commercial education and initial experience in administration; knowledge of the insurance sector is a real advantage
• A strong interest in advice and sales, a strong motivation to train on our products and internal processes
• A service-oriented personality and the desire to always find the best fair solution for all
• A positive and dynamic temperament, reliability, flexibility and ease in dealing with others as well as an excellent team spirit
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; any other language is an additional asset
• A place of residence in our activity area and a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
• Comfort with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
