Site Manager for the Aubonne and Corsier-sur-Vevey regions M/F/D
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You organise, coordinate and manage all operational activities on the Merck sites in Aubonne and Corsier, ensuring the quality of services and compliance with contractual requirements.
- You supervise daily operations, ensure the application of instructions and procedures, and adapt operational arrangements to the client’s needs and the realities on the ground.
- You are the preferred operational contact for the client, handle their requests and ensure proactive, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
- You manage and plan staffing, oversee recruitment and integration of employees, and ensure the professionalism of the teams.
- You support and develop your employees, conduct various managerial follow-ups, and ensure the maintenance of skills and planning of necessary training.
- You oversee the administrative and financial monitoring of the mandate, including invoicing, orders, penalties, and monthly closures.
- You monitor KPIs, dashboards, and quality and operational indicators, ensure data reliability, and implement necessary improvement actions.
- You supervise the material and technical resources of the mandate, including equipment, inventories, maintenance, and installations necessary for service continuity.
- You ensure compliance with safety and security standards, support the implementation of new procedures, and coordinate exceptional situations.
- You provide regular reporting and smooth coordination with safety & security managers, the 360 site manager, Securitas teams, as well as external partners and service providers.

- Proven experience in operational management and team leadership.
- Good knowledge of safety, security processes and operational requirements.
- Strong client and solution orientation.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Rigour, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
