Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and place service at the heart of your actions? As an Object Manager at ISS, you lead employees, personally take care of clients, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and client satisfaction.

What awaits you

• Coordinate all cleaning and technical concierge activities
• Manage schedules and monitor hours
• Supervise teams and control service quality
• Handle additional requests (quotes, work follow-ups, reports, and invoicing)
• Follow up on tickets in close collaboration with the teams
• Be the main point of contact for the client
• Propose improvement solutions and services to clients
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide cover for the site manager

What you bring

• Federal VET Diploma as Operations Agent or equivalent
• Good technical knowledge required
• Essential team management experience
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in French, read, spoken, written
• Driving licence required
• Strong customer orientation
• Autonomous and responsible
• Excellent stress management
• Friendly personality, good communication skills
