SCHEDULING SPECIALIST / SCHEDULER (M/F)
Job Description
- Establish the manufacturing schedule and plan workshop work in the short and medium term.
- Verify the feasibility of the manufacturing schedule by validating the load/capacity calculations of workshops and supplies.
- Create, launch, and monitor manufacturing orders according to the production plan.
- Ensure the availability of components and supply them to the relevant department.
- Manage the processing of returned and reworked parts.
- Identify and analyse any shortcomings and discrepancies.
- Participate in optimisation and flow acceleration projects.
- Conduct analyses aimed at optimising stock levels.
- Manage the production sector's performance indicators.
Profile Sought
- HES engineer diploma, ES technician with a focus on production management, industrial engineering, supply chain.
- First experience in short-term scheduling/planning, in watchmaking or aeronautics would be a plus.
- Proficiency in IT tools, notably Excel/Power BI.
- Good knowledge of an ERP (SAP is a plus).
