Hirslanden Bern AG includes the Beau-Site Clinic, Salem Hospital and Permanence Clinic with a total of around 350 beds. The Beau-Site Clinic offers an apprenticeship as an apprentice in Household/Hotel Management starting on 1 August 2027. The Hirslanden Group offers you a varied and exciting training. You will work in a team and be trained as an expert in various tasks related to household management.

YOUR TASKS
During your training, you will carry out household tasks professionally and independently according to economic and ecological aspects. Your work contributes to ensuring that our patients feel comfortable with us.
- You work in the areas of gastronomy, hotel management, laundry and cleaning
- You welcome, advise and serve customers
- You clean and arrange rooms and facilities
- You perform tasks in the laundry cycle
- You compile menus, prepare and distribute them
- You carry out administrative tasks
- You get to know the holistic hotel and gastronomy operation of Hirslanden Bern through various shifts
- Your theoretical training takes place at the vocational school (BFF) and is supplemented by inter-company courses
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed compulsory schooling (secondary school or a good general certificate of education)
- You are interested in healthcare and enjoy household tasks
- You have good manners as well as a strong sense of hygiene and order
- You have a strong service orientation
- You enjoy planning and organising
- You are motivated, reliable and sociable
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are physically resilient
