Attached to the Vaud Judicial Order, the Juvenile Court investigates offences committed by minors and pronounces sentences. It is also responsible for the execution of the sentence by the minor.

To complete the existing team, the Juvenile Court, which employs nearly 50 magistrates and collaborators, is looking for a case manager.

• Handle registry mail and prepare various correspondences.
• Answer telephone calls and direct interlocutors.
• Compile files, record and number documents.
• Draft various notices and letters.
• Ensure compliance with various deadlines.
• Close files and notify decisions.
• Keep the hearing schedule up to date, prepare and send summonses.

• Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, or any equivalent qualification
• Interest in the criminal field
• Sense of public service and stress resistance
• Good writing skills and excellent spelling, autonomous work under the responsibility of the hierarchical superior
• Knowledge of common IT tools, speed, rigour, precision and discretion

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record less than 3 months old.
