Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Administration and further development of Windows, client and network infrastructures in modern Microsoft environments
Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects from technical conception to deployment
Analysis of complex faults as well as 2nd-level support and technical customer consulting
Modernisation of existing solutions through automation, standardisation and sustainable process optimisation
Collaboration with customers and IT teams to ensure a reliable and high-performance system operation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and several years of professional experience in system engineering
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID as well as interest in modern infrastructure technologies
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong service and customer focus
Driving licence category B, team-oriented and communicative personality
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
