Caretaker / All-rounder Properties (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Thorough cleaning of stairwells, common rooms and basement areas – you value well-maintained properties and tidy waste areas.

• Maintenance of outdoor areas (mowing lawns, trimming shrubs and hedges, removing weeds) as well as general surrounding work.

• Independent completion of minor repairs, rectifying defects on site as well as simple inspection and maintenance work on building services systems.

• Care of several properties at different locations in the region.

You bring with you

• Solid experience in building or maintenance cleaning. Training as a specialist in operational maintenance or building cleaning is an advantage but not a must – your experience, motivation and work quality count!

• Manual skills and technical understanding for minor repairs and maintenance work in and around the properties.

• Driving licence category B is mandatory

• Independent, structured working style, good physical fitness, high reliability as well as a friendly manner towards tenants.

• German and/or French as well as good knowledge of the second language.

• Ideal age: 22 to 45 years.
