Export Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Accompany international customer orders from recording to delivery.
Create export documents and ensure their completeness.
Coordinate orders with disposition and internal departments.
Manage own customer portfolios and process ongoing business transactions.
Prepare and evaluate monthly export and sales reports.
Administratively handle rebates and commercial agreements.
Manage price lists, customer master data and promotional information.
Prepare sales documents for customers and internal meetings.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with further training in export or foreign trade.
Several years of experience in international order and export processing.
Good knowledge of common export processes and trade documents.
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong numerical understanding and independent working style.
Customer-oriented manner and willingness to travel occasionally for business.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
French skills are an advantage for the position.
