ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Design, implementation, and operation of Linux and open-source systems in modern IT environments
Installation and administration of physical servers and virtual machines including configuration and updates
Analysis and resolution of technical faults as well as ensuring a stable system operation
Automation of recurring administrative tasks to increase efficiency and operational reliability
Continuous development of the Linux infrastructure and optimisation of existing operational processes
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and several years of professional experience in Linux administration
Further education at higher technical college/university of applied sciences level in computer science is an advantage
Sound knowledge of Red Hat and/or SUSE Linux
Very good experience with Ansible, Bash scripting, and RESTful APIs
Good knowledge of container technologies such as Docker as well as fluent German and business fluent English
