On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Lausanne agency is looking for a:
End of Tenancy Cleaner
- Federal VET Diploma, AFP cleaning agent or equivalent qualification, an advantage
- Experience in cleaning, ideally in end of tenancy cleaning
- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Careful, autonomous and conscientious person
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good physical condition
- Punctuality, reliability and neat appearance
- French level B2 spoken and written
- Driving licence
- Complete cleaning of apartments and houses at the end of tenancy
- Restoration of premises before the inventory inspection
- Thorough cleaning of kitchens, toilets, bathrooms and living areas
- Cleaning of floors, windows, doors, skirting boards and various surfaces
- Descaling and cleaning of household appliances
- Removal of marks and dirt to ensure impeccable restoration
- Compliance with quality requirements and deadlines
- Appropriate use of cleaning products and equipment
