Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable individual for a versatile role in finance and accounting. You can expect a varied range of tasks, where you will manage different areas of accounting and support the team in important financial processes. You can apply your expertise and at the same time take responsibility for your own areas of work.

Responsibilities:

• You assist in the preparation of budgets, financial planning and annual financial statements

• You take on various tasks in ongoing accounting and ensure the correct processing of business transactions

• You process accounts payable and receivable invoices and ensure reliable handling of the corresponding booking processes

• You independently manage a smaller accounting department and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions

• You support daily tasks in finance and accounting and participate in administrative activities

• You supervise trainees in the finance area and assist them with professional questions during their training

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification

• You have further training as an accounting clerk and bring practical experience in the finance sector

• You have good to very good Excel skills and work confidently with digital tools

• You have a trainer course or are willing to complete this further training

• Knowledge of public sector accounting, especially HRM2, is an advantage

• Fluent German language skills are required
