Responsibilities:
- Independent management and consulting of fiduciary mandates
- Preparation of annual financial statements, tax returns, and VAT accounts
- Management of financial and payroll accounting
- Contact person for tax and business management issues
- Comprehensive support in company formations and restructurings
- Close cooperation with tax authorities, auditors, and other service providers
- Identification of optimisation potentials in mandate management
- Support in the further development and implementation of process optimisations
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in fiduciary mandate management
- Sound knowledge of Swiss tax law and relevant accounting standards
- Confident use of fiduciary software and MS Office
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
