Responsibilities:
- Take on the planning, control and monitoring of projects and ensure everything runs according to plan.
- Bear responsibility for adhering to project budgets and timelines to ensure we stay within scope and deliver on time.
- Develop and implement project strategies and plans to successfully complete each project.
- Coordinate subcontractors and other partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical consultations and support in project planning to overcome all technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations to guarantee a safe and environmentally conscious working environment.
- Prepare reports and documentation on project progress and results to provide transparent and comprehensible information.
- Support and advise our clients throughout the entire project process to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Qualifications:
- Completed technical basic training in HVACSE or building technology
- Further education as a federally certified building technician or at HF level in building technology
- Extensive experience in project management, especially in HVACSE
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations
- Ability to communicate complex technical contexts clearly
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Pronounced customer orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
