HR Business Partner (m/f/d), 80-100%
Responsibilities
- You competently advise and support employees as well as managers in all HR matters
- You are responsible for recruiting specialists and attracting suitable talents for our departments
- You act as a sparring partner for managers in operational personnel processes
- You conduct demanding conversations professionally, confidently and solution-oriented
- You participate in absence management and maintain close contact with the HR support team
Requirements
- Proactive doer personality with genuine HR passion who loves to be close to people and the business
- Strong service and consulting attitude as well as joy in meeting high expectations with healthy pragmatism in a service-oriented manner
- Hands-on mentality, resilient and winning personality who makes HR visible and tangible
- HR training or further education, ideally with experience in recruiting and HR consulting
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
