IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable IT operations and customer satisfaction as well as support of customer systems
Performing 2nd-level support and collaborating with 1st level in troubleshooting
Implementing simple changes and carrying out regular maintenance work
Handling customer enquiries and coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers
Further development and continuous optimisation of the IT infrastructure as well as maintaining technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training specialising in system technology and initial professional experience, ideally in a service provider environment
Sound knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure and related services
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
Very good German language skills spoken and written
