Role:
For an international company, we are looking for a professional who, in addition to operational accounting, also contributes ideas on reporting and process issues. You can expect a growing environment with short decision-making paths, diverse interfaces, and room to bring in your own ideas.
Responsibilities:
You jointly manage the financial accounting of various group and client companies including accounts receivable and accounts payable with the team
You prepare monthly and quarterly reports and continuously develop their structure
You prepare payment runs and ensure their timely execution
You work with existing finance and reporting tools and contribute your ideas for optimisation
You analyse requirements from various departments and develop practical solutions for finance and reporting
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and the federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting or are about to complete it
You bring solid experience in operational accounting and know the entire accounting process
You have very good Excel skills, especially in pivot tables, formulas, and automations
You are independent, reliable and enjoy working in a
Fluent German skills are required
