HVAC Service Technician (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and servicing of building services systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical engineering
- Carrying out inspections and fault diagnostics
- Performing repairs
- Ensuring availability and functionality
- Documentation of maintenance work and inspections
- Support in the implementation of conversion and renovation measures
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services technician, HVAC specialist, or electrician
- Further training as a building services specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and servicing of building services systems
- Experience with modern control and regulation systems
- Good user knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP
- Independent working style and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
