Microsoft System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and administration of IT infrastructures, Windows systems and networks
Support and further development of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
Execution of updates, upgrades, software rollouts and licence management
Monitoring of systems as well as error analysis, troubleshooting and sustainable fault resolution
Technical customer consulting, support in information security as well as creation and maintenance of comprehensive IT documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or a comparable IT qualification
Several years or practical experience with Windows clients and Microsoft technologies
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, network administration and server administration
Experience with virtualisation, strong service orientation and enjoyment in customer support
Independent and structured working style, teamwork, high solution orientation as well as very good German skills and good English skills
