Role:
Do you want to apply your experience in strategic purchasing and independently manage demanding procurement projects? In this position, you will be responsible for selected product groups, coordinate public tenders, and develop economical purchasing solutions.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the strategic procurement of selected product groups and develop appropriate purchasing concepts.
You organise public procurement procedures and ensure compliance with applicable procurement regulations.
You compare supplier offers in terms of price, quality, and performance and conduct contract negotiations.
You coordinate the purchase of services, consumables, and indirect goods.
You manage existing supplier relationships, assess their performance, and further develop the collaboration.
You analyse procurement costs and savings potentials and contribute to the standardisation of purchasing standards.
You support the optimisation of internal procurement policies and processes as well as the introduction of digital purchasing solutions.
Qualifications:
You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration or engineering and have completed further training in purchasing, for example as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate.
You bring several years of experience in strategic purchasing with portfolio responsibility.
You are familiar with the legal foundations of public procurement procedures and have already supported corresponding tenders.
You have experience in the procurement of services, facility management services, or indirect goods.
You convince with negotiation skills, numerical affinity, assertiveness, communication strength, as well as an independent, analytical, and structured working style.
