An experienced individual with strong Microsoft know-how is sought to support and further develop modern IT infrastructures. The role combines technical implementation, customer consulting and project responsibility – from classic on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure and modern cloud services.
Responsibilities:
Planning, configuration and operation of modern Microsoft infrastructures from on-premises to cloud
Administration and further development of Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server
Implementation and support of IT infrastructure projects from conception to deployment
Taking on technical customer consulting and support as a Key Account Engineer
Analysis of existing environments and identification of optimisation and automation potential
Support with complex technical issues and sustainable troubleshooting
Sharing expertise within the team and supporting technical decisions
Evaluation of new technologies and active participation in the further development of IT solutions
Qualifications:
Several years of practical experience with Microsoft technologies, especially Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure
Good knowledge of PowerShell and modern IT infrastructure
Experience in planning and implementing IT projects
Strong interest in cloud technologies and their development
Analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of customer contact and technical consulting
Willingness to share knowledge and continuously develop
Openness to new technologies and different solution approaches
Fluent German skills and good English skills
