Financial Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Role:
The company is a professional Swiss sports organisation that operates an ice hockey club at national top sports level while also promoting youth and grassroots sports development.
Particularly exciting is the dynamic environment where sporting performance, economic interests, and the care of a large community closely interact. Employees are in contact with various internal and external stakeholders and work on topics ranging from finance and personnel processes to marketing and sponsorship, as well as events and matchday organisation.
Responsibilities:
Management and control of the financial accounting of several companies
Independent handling of accounts payable and receivable accounting including payment runs, invoicing, and debt collection
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as creation of financial reports for management and the board of directors
Optimisation of controlling and internal processes
Responsibility for shareholder affairs including organisation and execution of the general meeting
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training, further education in finance and accounting is an advantage
Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an SME or club environment
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Independent, structured and resilient personality with a sporting affinity
German as mother tongue, good English skills
