Professional System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable IT operations for demanding customer environments within the operations team
Responsibility for the comprehensive support and availability of the assigned customer infrastructures
Analysis and resolution of faults and root causes as well as continuous monitoring and optimisation of systems
Design and independent implementation of change requests including technical planning and coordination
Contribution of IT expertise, continuous development of own knowledge, and ensuring a high service level
Qualifications:
Completed higher professional training in the IT field; technical certifications are an advantage
Several years of experience in IT system engineering or operation of complex customer environments
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Microsoft 365, and Azure
Experience with Citrix, virtualisation, storage, Veeam, Backup Exec, Sophos, and Cisco
Very good German and English skills as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
