Analysis & resolution of complex faults, including escalation management
Leadership & participation in technical projects, focusing on optimisation
Coordination of external partners & service providers in operations & projects
1st & 2nd-level support for smooth IT operations
Monitoring of specialised applications & IT security according to SLAs
Qualifications:
Completed ICT training or degree as an ICT system engineer with several years of experience
Solid knowledge of Microsoft and cloud environments as well as in networking (switches, firewalls, VLAN)
Experience in SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, software packaging, Azure and digital workplaces
Expertise in service provider management and control as well as application, hardware, network and service operation
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
