Project Manager - Special Machines / Industrial Automation (M/F)

We support an industrial company recognised for its expertise in designing and manufacturing customised automated systems. As part of strengthening its projects department, we are looking for a Project Manager capable of overseeing all development stages - from the study phase to commissioning at the end client.
Your responsibilitiesEnsure the complete management of the projects assigned to you: planning, budget monitoring, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Coordinate the activities of engineers and technical teams involved, ensuring the overall coherence of the project.
Assess the necessary resources based on the current project portfolio and adjust planning if needed.
Be the main point of contact for the client throughout the project cycle: monitoring stages, reporting, technical validation and satisfaction.
Guarantee the proper execution of testing and commissioning phases on the client site, in collaboration with installation teams.
Provide your technical expertise (mechanical, automation, electrical engineering) to resolve encountered issues.
Work in synergy with the design office to ensure the reliability and sustainability of delivered solutions.
Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical, automation, electrical engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing technical projects, ideally in the field of special machines, assembly lines or automated systems.
Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, automation and electricity.
Proficiency with project management tools and an ERP system.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset, coordination skills and strong client orientation.
Good communicator, able to unite teams around common goals.
Very good level of German (main working language) + good level of English or French.
Dynamic, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to prioritise effectively in a constantly evolving environment.
