Technical Estimator (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Technical training in the field of building, construction or building technology, ideally complemented by experience in calculation or costing
• Experience in cost calculation, preparing quotations or project costing
• Good ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams and technical files
• Proficiency in common computer tools and, ideally, in a calculation or quotation management software
• Analytical mind, rigour and attention to detail
• Good numerical skills and ability to produce accurate calculations and meet deadlines
• Ease in communication with suppliers, clients, architects and technical teams

• Analyse plans, technical files and specifications
• Carry out measurements and calculations necessary for project costing
• Prepare offers and budgets taking into account materials, labour and necessary services
• Request and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and clients to ensure the accuracy of offers
• Participate in cost monitoring and optimisation of technical solutions
