In collaboration with the nine-member team, you will take care of all tenancy law matters concerning our rental apartments, assume a versatile role and contribute your expertise where it makes an impact.
Your tasks
- You create, manage and monitor fixed-term sublease agreements and prepare various letters to clients in the event of an upcoming change of responsibility.
- Together with external bodies, you examine legal questions in the area of tenancy and represent the Asylum and Refugee Affairs Office (DAF) in cases before the conciliation authority.
- You document all processes in our case journal Tutoris.net / CMI.
- If necessary, you support the acquisition of living space including the acceptance and return of rental properties.
- You contribute your expertise in interdisciplinary specialist groups.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) with further training in the real estate sector.
- Furthermore, you have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
- You have already gained work experience in an intercultural environment as well as in working with various interfaces and partners.
- You find it easy to communicate well orally and in writing at various hierarchical levels and in different contexts (clients, property management, municipality, canton, etc.).
- You work in a structured and independent manner and have very good German skills (C1) and proficient use of MS Office.
