Sales and Export Clerk 60-80% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an internationally oriented Swiss family business with many years of experience in the development and production of high-quality products. From product development through manufacturing to individual customer solutions, the company combines various competencies under one roof. Responsibilities:
Record, process and accompany international customer orders through to completion.
You respond to specialist customer enquiries in German, English and French.
Preparation of offers as well as administrative follow-up of orders.
Monitor production statuses and coordinate delivery dates with the responsible departments.
Commission freight forwarders and organise transport for international shipping.
Check delivery notes, certificates and shipping documents.
Relieve internal specialists of administrative and organisational tasks.
Identify deviations in deliveries early and clarify with the responsible departments.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification with initial professional experience in the export sector.
Practical knowledge in international order or sales processing.
Structured working method when handling several customer orders in parallel.
Independent organisation of tasks and reliable deadline tracking.
Confident manner in customer contact and enjoyment of working with specialist customers.
Sense of responsibility in handling documents and delivery processes.
Interest in textile products or comparable goods is welcome.
German at a very good level as well as good written and spoken English skills.
