You ensure the operation and monitoring of the customers' IT infrastructure and continuously develop it further
You actively contribute your expertise in server and cloud migrations, telephony, and automation projects.
You continuously optimise and automate existing platforms and processes.
As a Solution Engineer and Consultant, you advise customers and regularly support them with technical concerns.
In doing so, you ensure reliable and solution-oriented end-customer support.
Qualifications:
A Swiss Federal VET Diploma in IT with further training as a technician HF in computer science or a comparable qualification forms your foundation
You have solid knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 as well as good experience in network technology and IT security
Knowledge of UCC solutions, ideally Wildix, is an advantage
Fluent written and spoken German, good English and French skills
