Industrialisation Product Manager ? M/F
- Engineering degree in microtechnology, mechanics, industrialisation or equivalent training
- Excellent command of CAD software, especially SOLIDWORKS
- Good knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Knowledge of an ERP, ideally Clipper or equivalent
- Good command of English, minimum B2 level
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Initiative and ability to make proposals
- Very good interpersonal, communication and teaching skills
- Ability to anticipate risks and implement preventive actions
- Ability to manage priorities in a constantly evolving environment
- Global vision of processes, flows and industrial challenges
- Analyse customer requests and identify any unclear areas
- Adapt product design under CAD / SOLIDWORKS to ensure their industrialisation
- Produce complete design files, phase plans and technical documentation
- Design or have the necessary tooling for industrialisation made: engraving, assemblies, etc.
- Ensure technical exchanges with clients throughout the projects
- Technically manage pre-series and AAR on the Group's various sites
- Monitor the progress of operations and report any difficulties encountered
- Participate in updating the project schedule
- Handle improvement or non-quality issues on products in series production
- Collaborate with quality, development, logistics, production and control teams
- Maintain relations with subcontractors, subsidiaries and suppliers
